I can still hear actor Keifer Sutherland’s voice in my head. A few years ago, his TV character asked a potential enemy, “Who do you work for?” Given his race against the clock to dismantle bombs, thwart potential kidnappings, and various other crises, the question was reasonable.
Each Friday, as the busyness of life calls to me and I anticipate sundown and the coming Sabbath, I am rereminded that I work for God. All that I do is of no effect unless I, as the branch, stay connected to Jesus, the vine. I work for God, and on the Sabbath I rest as I trust He is working on my behalf. Amen.
Great post and reminder that God should be, needs to be, the priority in our lives!
Good post! Our Father owns the cattle on a thousand hills. Why become a slave of money when He owns it all? And He will always take care of His kids.

Great reminder to always stay grounded in who we should be loyal to - Our Creator!
